West Auckland train station fight: One seriously injured

An afternoon fracas at a suburban West Auckland train station has left a victim with serious injuries.
Police say emergency services were called about 4.30pm Monday to fighting at Sunnyvale Train Station on the Western Line but details remain sketchy on the scrap.

One person was taken to hospital in a serious condition, a police spokeswoman said.

Police are making a number of enquiries to establish what exactly has happened.
