Kiwi driver Shane van Gisbergen has maintained his unbeaten start to the Supercars season by winning a wet and wild sprint race at Sandown.
The Red Bull Ampol made it a perfect four from four in 2021 with a clinical drive from pole position in the Melbourne rain.
After pulling off one of the greatest wins in modern Australian touring car history on Saturday, the 31-year-old star expertly handled the slippery conditions on Sunday to canter to the 44th victory of his career with a winning margin of almost 14 seconds.

Ford's rising star Cameron Waters managed to hang on for second despite a late incident with Chaz Mostert, who was overtaken by Jamie Whincup for third.

Van Gisbergen has asserted himself as the new man to beat after three-time defending champion Scott McLaughlin's departure to IndyCar in the off-season.
In a jaw-dropping performance on Saturday, the New Zealander made up a record-breaking 16 places on the grid to claim his 43rd career win.
Van Gisbergen smashed a 56-year-old record for the lowest starting position to take the chequered flag at the Melbourne track.
