Sean OSullivan to make Warriors debut against Canberra Raiders after Harris-Tavita injury

New recruit Sean OSullivan has been given the first shot at replacing injured Warriors halfback Chanel Harris-Tavita against the Canberra Raiders this weekend.
Harris-Tavita has been sidelined for up to 12 weeks after picking up a stress fracture in his left foot during last Friday's loss to Newcastle. He was scheduled to have surgery on Tuesday.

As a result, OSullivan has been handed the No 7 jersey ahead of 2020 rookie Paul Turner, with the 22-year-old playmaker set to make his club debut and 10th NRL appearance overall at GIO Stadium on Saturday.

Prop Jamayne Taunoa-Brown's three-game suspension for a crusher tackle has also forced a change upfront, with Bunty Afoa rewarded with a starting berth after two strong performances off the bench.

His promotion brings Jack Murchie onto the bench to face his old side, while new signing Kane Evans has been included in the extended reserves along with Turner.

Warriors: Roger Tuivasa-Sheck (c), David Fusitu'a, Adam Pompey, Peta Hiku, Ken Maumalo, Kodi Nikorima, Sean O'Sullivan, Addin Fonua-Blake, Wayde Egan, Bunty Afoa, Eliesa Katoa, Bayley Sironen, Tohu Harris.
